Job summary

RTX in the Philippines, through Collins Aerospace, seeks an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business priorities and guide employee relations, planning and development.

You will collaborate across HR functions to drive organizational change, culture-building, and workforce analytics in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business administration or related field.
• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations practices, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience supporting employees and leaders in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace or multinational environment.
• Experience handling employee relations cases, organizational changes and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, and workforce analytics tools.
• Experience supporting talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across different organizational levels.

This position is classified as:

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
