Job summary

CIMET Philippines is seeking an HR Manager to lead the full HR function from Ortigas, overseeing people operations, payroll, compliance, recruitment, performance management, HR systems, and culture. You will collaborate with Philippine and Australian leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

This role suits a hands-on leader with 10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, payroll and HRIS experience, and the ability to drive change in a growing

Qualifications

• 10 years of HR experience, including four years in a managerial role.
• Strong BPO or shared services background.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor law and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Sprout, Salarium, or BambooHR.
• Strong payroll, recruitment, and employee relations experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Australian or Western stakeholders is an advantage.
• Confident, independent, and results-driven leadership.
