Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: manage full-cycle recruitment for local and regional roles.
• Compensation & Benefits: oversee payroll, tax compliance, and local benefits administration.
• Employee Relations: act as primary HR contact for performance, conflicts, and investigations.
• Compliance & Mobility: ensure Philippine and Macau labor law adherence; support visa processes.
• HR Operations & Reporting: maintain HRIS data, track headcount, turnover, and metrics.
