About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager to lead core HR functions, with a strong focus on payroll management and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup or fast‑paced environment, is adaptable, and capable of building effective HR processes while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll‑related concerns, including compensation adjustments, benefits, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination with finance or payroll providers.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases professionally and in accordance with labor laws.
• Promote a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

HR Operations & Strategy

• Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records management.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems suited for a growing organization.
• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and labor requirements.
• Manage audits, government reporting, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 58 years of HR experience, with strong background in:
• Payroll management
• Employee relations
• Experience working in a startup or fast‑growing company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
