Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to advise management and handle complex employee concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HRIS.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
