Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Manager – Employee Relations & Engagement to lead strategies strengthening employee relations, engagement, and the overall people experience. Qualifications

• Experience leading HR strategy for employee relations and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.

• Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive employee cases.
