Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the organisation's People & Culture function, driving HR strategies and operations in a fast-paced environment. You will guide employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance and governance while partnering with business leaders to support objectives.

You will manage a P&C team, ensure policy enforcement, and oversee HRIS, onboarding and reporting with a focus on employee engagement and culture. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
• Experience leading HR functions within BPO/RPO/offshoring/MSP or outsourced services.
• Proven track record managing teams and multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR management: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor and develop the P&C team with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy enforcement to support engagement and retention.
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, HRIS access, records and reporting with SLA adherence.
• Lead staff learning and development to identify capability gaps and implement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements and ISO documentation.
