Job summary

WrkPod Careers is seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to act as 2IC to the HR Manager, leading HR operations across multiple locations in the Philippines. The role focuses on governance, policy development, and minimizing organizational risk through strong labor law compliance.

You will mentor HR staff, manage complex employee relations, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing HR metrics and partnering with operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in multi-site operations (BPO/shared services preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations; handling complex disciplinary and separation procedures.
• HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, PHR) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review, and improvement of HR policies, workflows, and SOPs aligned with Philippine labor laws.
• Serve as the main escalation point for complex employee relations and high-risk separations.
• Conduct periodic audits across sites to track regulatory risks and implement corrective actions.
• Provide functional leadership, guidance, and coaching to HR Generalists, Specialists, and Assistants.
• Standardize performance management evaluations and lead workplace investigations across sites.
• Partner with operational leaders to analyze HR metrics and drive process improvements.
