Job summary

WrkPod Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to provide strategic, hands-on leadership across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will govern HR policies, oversee complex employee relations, ensure DOLE compliance, and build robust HR processes while mentoring HR teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of HR experience in multi-site operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Deep expertise in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and complex disciplinary procedures.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, timekeeping/payroll systems, and GSuite/MS Office.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, PHR) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Governance & SOP Development: lead creation, review, and improvement of HR policies and SOPs aligned with Philippine labor laws.
• Complex Case Management: main escalation point for employee relations, grievances, and high-risk separations.
• Compliance & HR Audits: conduct audits, track regulatory risks, ensure DOLE compliance, and action plans.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: provide leadership and coaching to HR Generalists, Specialists, and Assistants.
• Performance & Investigation Frameworks: standardize performance mgmt and lead investigations.
• Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: partner with leaders and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements.
