Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. seeks a Head of Data & Integration Operations to lead global IT EDP Data & Integration. Drive operational excellence, oversee 2nd level support, and shape onboarding and support strategies across Americas, Europe, and APAC.

You will build high‑performing teams, foster partnerships with product teams, and ensure secure, reliable services while aligning with business goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IT leadership experience, preferably with globally distributed teams.
• Strong background in support, training, or delivery of software solutions/products.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in biotech/pharma context and regulatory/compliance familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Global Support Oversight: manage 2nd level support for core platform components across regions.
• Training & Development: design and deliver training to enhance user skills and adoption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: build relationships with product teams and partners to improve services.
• Team Leadership: inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Strategic Direction: define and execute onboarding and support strategy for platforms.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: interface with senior leaders to align services with business goals.
• Operational Excellence: optimize delivery, strengthen security, and reduce incidents.
