Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Senior Analyst, Integration & Automation to design, support, and enhance integrations connecting HR, payroll, and enterprise apps worldwide. You will work with HR stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs, craft integration concepts, and ensure reliable data exchange across critical systems.

Ideal candidates bring SAP PI/PO, CPI, or Sterling Integrator experience and can design REST/SOAP interfaces, data transformations, and automation solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in system/integration analysis within an enterprise environment.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, Sterling Integrator or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, data transformation, and messaging.
• Experience integrating HR, payroll, SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP or related apps.
• Experience with cloud integration, API management, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to ETL or enterprise middleware beyond SAP tech.
• Designing integrations using REST, SOAP, file interfaces and messaging.
• Familiar with automation and process orchestration to improve efficiency.
• Experience in global, cross-functional programs and ITIL-aligned support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements with HR stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Design and support interfaces, integrations, and automation across apps.
• Analyze existing integration landscapes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with development teams, vendors, and project teams to implement integrations.
• Support system upgrades, transformation initiatives, and modernization efforts.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliability of interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across the HR tech stack.
