Job summary

Atain in the Philippines seeks a General Manager of Employee Relations to lead the ER strategy, ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, resolve workplace issues, and drive employee well-being and retention across the organization.

This senior role partners with business leaders, oversees investigations and disciplinary matters, develops engagement programs, and guides HR teams on policy interpretation, risk mitigation, and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in HR with Employee Relations focus.
• 5+ years in senior ER leadership.
• Experience in large-scale operations / BPO / multinational.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and investigations.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER strategy and partner with business leaders.
• Oversee investigations, grievances and policy interpretations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and governance.
• Design engagement and retention initiatives.
• Drive change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze ER metrics and present to senior leadership.
• Coach HR teams and conduct leadership development.
