Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking an HR Officer to manage employee relations, case management, and policy implementation in a Philippine-based operation. The role partners with managers to balance employee advocacy with business and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate has deep ER experience, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to handle high-volume cases while ensuring disciplinary actions comply with labor laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations experience.
• At least 5 years of direct case management experience supporting a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
• Experience handling: NTE, Administrative Hearings, Written Warnings, Due Process, Employee Grievances and Complaints, Attendance/Conduct/Performance cases, Client escalations, Resignation/Final Pay.
• Experience in a BPO, contact center, shared services, or high-volume operations environment is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting workforces of 1,500+ employees is an advantage.
• Exposure to NLRC cases, labor complaints, and legal proceedings.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases from intake to closure.
• Conduct investigations and gather statements, documentary evidence, and witness accounts.
• Draft NTEs, Investigation Reports, Administrative Conference Minutes, Notices of Decision, and other disciplinary documents.
• Maintain accurate case records and audit trails.
• Provide guidance to leaders on policy interpretation and employee relations matters.
• Recommend appropriate corrective actions based on policies and precedents.
• Ensure consistency and fairness in disciplinary actions across business units.
• Maintain ER dashboards and case trackers.
• Monitor case aging and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Identify recurring trends and recommend preventive interventions.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions comply with company policy and Philippine labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Support DOLE, NLRC, and legal requirements as necessary.
