Job summary

Bayer Philippines, Taguig, is seeking a Senior Expert - HR Reporting and Data Analytics to lead end-to-end HR reporting, governance, and analytics initiatives. You will drive Workday reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights across HR functions.

Collaborating with HR Technology, Data Governance, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance teams, you will ensure data quality, security, and scalable self-service reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of HR reporting, HRIS, data or analytics experience with Workday reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR reporting solutions lifecycle including intake, design, build, testing, deployment, maintenance and retirement.
• Establish governance standards for demand intake, reporting ownership, security, and lifecycle management.
• Lead design and development of advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and alerts aligned with business needs.
