Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate for Data Foundation in the Philippines. The role supports maintenance of organizational structures, positions, and related data across Workday and connected systems, ensuring data integrity for HR processes and reporting.

You will review requests, process maintenance tasks, and ensure accurate reflection of organizational data while adhering to controls and auditability requirements. Collaboration across teams and delivery centers is essential.

Qualifications

• Foundational to working knowledge of Workday organizational and position-management processes.
• Experience with Workday supervisory organizations, organizational charts, and reporting relationships.
• Knowledge of change in job, manager changes, and worker or position movements.
• Familiarity with Workday SmartCases and monitoring organizational-data changes.

Responsibilities

• Process organizational-management and position-management data maintenance requests accurately and within service expectations.
• Review requests for completeness, authorization, dates, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain supervisory organizations, organizational assignments, and manager roles.
• Execute organizational changes and worker movements through approved Workday processes.
• Monitor Workday SmartCases and other case types; document validation and outcomes.
• Perform maintenance in GHP and P08 following procedures and rules.
• Validate transactions to ensure accurate reflection of units, relationships, dates, and attributes.
• Apply maker-checker controls and retain evidence for auditability.
• Identify missing fields, data inconsistencies, and integration issues; escalate as needed.
