Job summary

Safilo-US is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for our team in Mexico. You will support all HR processes including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires advanced English, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work with multinational teams. You will also help with training, policies, and HR reporting to drive people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably multinational.
• Strong admin, payroll & benefits skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage IMSS, Payroll Tax, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and internal documentation.
• Prepare local and global HR reports.
• Coordinate internal communications and company events.
• Provide guidance on HR matters and assist business leaders.
