Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking a Senior People Services Advisor to oversee audit and compliance activities and drive training for PSA/JPSA roles across North America. You will manage escalations, partner with HR stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to KPIs and privacy policies.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with experience in Workday and policy interpretation, and a proactive approach to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience handling sensitive employment information.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in audit, compliance and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated HR cases with minimal supervision.
• Partner with HR People Partners and COEs on strategic initiatives and policy interpretation.
• Escalate and collaborate with HR People Partners and COEs on complex cases as needed.
• Adhere to KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards; analyze trends and suggest improvements.
• Lead internal HR audits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Mentor Junior HR Advisors and support their development.
• Provide training and guidance for improvement of less experienced employees.
