Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, People Services North America to lead regional HR operations, overseeing a team of advisors and coordinators. The role emphasizes delivering customer-focused HR services, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous improvement across processes and technology.

You will partner with HR stakeholders to standardize regional procedures, manage cases, and ensure compliance with local regulations, while modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• >5 years experience in HR operations with at least 4 years as a People Manager.
• Excellent understanding of HR issues, processes and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of transactional processes to enable policy interpretation and customer guidance.
• Knowledge of HR Services, including workflows and hire-to-retire.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally with SLAs.
• Experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of HR services across regions.
• Oversee a customer-focused administrative/transactional function meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with other People Services leaders to develop and improve shared services.
• Manage logged cases and ensure work meets required standards.
• Provide input to HR teams for system updates and product improvements.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare regular communications and reports.
