Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines region is seeking a Senior People Services Advisor to manage HR query delivery across the country/region. The role emphasizes audit, compliance, escalation management, and continuous improvement of HR processes within the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR People Partners and COEs, mentor junior staff, and drive system enhancements while upholding data privacy and local labor policies. This is a challenging, growth-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience with sensitive data.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Audit, compliance experience; policy interpretation.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated HR cases with minimal supervision.
• Partner with HR People Partners and COEs on strategic initiatives.
• Lead internal HR audits and ensure compliance.
• Mentor Junior HR Advisors and support development.
• Participate in system enhancements testing.
• Ensure data privacy and retention compliance.
• Coordinate with HR Partners, COEs and stakeholders.
• Develop operational standards and playbooks.
