RTX, Collins Aerospace segment, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in the Philippines to align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with managers on workforce planning, talent priorities, and organizational design to drive strategic impact.

In this role, you will lead succession and leadership development, enable a culture of performance, and provide analytics-driven insights to guide workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering
• Proven ability to influence decisions through HR insights
• Strong background in organizational design and workforce planning
• Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics to drive strategy

Responsabilités

• Drive alignment between business objectives and people strategy by partnering with managers on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Enable talent development through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of performance by collaborating with leaders on goal-setting, feedback, and talent development.
• Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities for data-driven decisions.
• Support leaders and employees in navigating change initiatives and culture alignment.
• Coach leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and elevate employee engagement.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design programs in talent acquisition and learning.
• Support leaders on employee relations and workforce matters with compliant practices.
