Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce; VBA is a plus.
• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
• Experience with reporting and database manipulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers; digest data quickly, deal with ambiguity, be decision-oriented, a quick learner.
• Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for Collins Aerospace customers.
• Process and monitor customer issues from initiation to closure using CRM and ERP systems.
• Follow-up with customers while maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with departments to provide information and support to resolve issues.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders are communicated timely.
• Achieve KPIs and best-in-class performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle small projects as directed by management.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards.
• Amenable to non-traditional shift schedules and holidays; Shift: 2:30pm-11pm.
