RTX, Collins Aerospace segment, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in the Philippines to align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with managers on workforce planning, talent priorities, and organizational design to drive strategic impact.

In this role, you will lead succession and leadership development, enable a culture of performance, and provide analytics-driven insights to guide workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering
• Proven ability to influence decisions through HR insights
• Strong background in organizational design and workforce planning
• Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics to drive strategy

• Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities for data-driven decisions.
• Support leaders and employees in navigating change initiatives and culture alignment.
• Coach leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and elevate employee engagement.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design programs in talent acquisition and learning.
• Support leaders on employee relations and workforce matters with compliant practices.

What You Will Do *

• Foster a culture of performance and engagement by collaborating with business leaders to implement effective goal-setting, feedback, and talent development strategies.
• Leverage HR and business analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.
• Support leaders and employees in navigating change initiatives, transformation, and culture alignment.
• Coach and influence leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and elevate employee engagement across teams.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver strategic programs in talent acquisition, learning, and employee experience, reinforcing engagement and organizational objectives.
• Support leaders on employee relations and workforce matters, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change management.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence business decisions through HR insights and partnership.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics and insights to drive strategy.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable and measurable people strategies.
