Potato Corner is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Supervisor to partner with our restaurant operations. You will work with Operations leaders and store managers to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.

You will supervise and coach an HR team, monitor manpower needs with Talent Acquisition, and conduct regular store visits to drive employee engagement and business results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in high-volume operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or sites is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations leaders on day-to-day HR and people concerns.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs.
• Handle and support employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee concerns.
• Monitor employee engagement, turnover, absenteeism, and retention trends.
• Support HR programs, policies, and initiatives across assigned stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and employee touchpoints.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Supervise and coach assigned HR team members.
