You will motivate the crew, schedule shifts, conduct monthly audits, train new hires, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with logistics for weekly orders while maintaining a fast-paced, high-standard outlet.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and delegation skills.
• Able to manage conflicts and customer complaints effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage shifts.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating schedules.
• Residence preference: Davao or nearby cities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations and monitor assigned outlets.
• Educate crew on food handling and customer service.
• Delegate tasks and ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety guidelines.
• Schedule shifts and approve leave requests.
• Monitor work quality and conduct monthly audits.
• Coordinate with logistics for weekly orders and deliveries.
• Brief crews on new products, promos, and policy changes.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Motivate staff to achieve targets.
