The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as multi-site restaurants or retail, with a strong grasp of Philippine labor laws and talent management.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-site restaurant operations or fast-paced sectors.
• Strong HR generalist and business partnering skills.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Proven talent management and workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRBP function for restaurant operations across multiple sites.
• Partner with senior operations leaders to develop people strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and succession planning.
