You will motivate the team, manage schedules, handle administrative duties, and coordinate with the Logistics Department for weekly orders and maintenance, ensuring a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with shifting schedules.
• Preferably a residence of Davao or any nearby cities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and monitor all assigned stores.
• Educate Crew Members on proper food handling procedures and customer service.
• Delegate tasks and ensure hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Schedule shifts and approve leave requests.
• Monitor work quality of the employees.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders and maintenance.
• Motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets.
• Brief crews on new products, pricing, marketing, and policy changes.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations.
