GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an HR Business Partner to own the end-to-end performance lifecycle for a portfolio of 60–80 team members. You will drive OKRs, KPIs, and PIPs, coaching leaders with empathy while protecting internal standards.

You will lead employee relations, ensure Philippine labor law compliance, and manage misconduct cases and hearings as part of the role. Night shifts onsite with hybrid later.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, 7–12+ years preferred in large orgs or global BPOs.
• Owns end-to-end performance lifecycle (OKRs, KPIs, PIPs) with strong ER experience.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and experience building HR processes from scratch.

Responsabilidades
