Job summary

Prime IT Inc is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for onsite employees in the Philippines. You will work closely with employees, clients, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to support performance, engagement, retention, and service delivery.

You will provide strategic and hands-on HR support for the onsite workforce, overseeing operations such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR systems while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR leadership or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting employees in client-facing or staff augmentation environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Philippines Operations Head to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for onsite workforce from onboarding through offboarding.
• Support workforce planning, headcount planning, staffing changes, deployment, and transitions.
• Monitor workforce trends and identify people-related risks with proposed solutions.
• Oversee HR administration including attendance, leave, benefits coordination, payroll inputs, and records.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace practices.
• Coordinate with clients, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams on replacements and staffing changes.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
