Responsibilities

• Represent the company on labor-related matters and employee relations.
• Issue termination notices and manage exit procedures.
• Process separation documentation, clearance, and last pay.
• Conduct exit interviews and summarize findings.
• Coordinate with HR, timekeeping, and payroll for certifications and contributions.
• Investigate complaints and resolve employee relations issues.
• Manage site visits, employee records, and reporting.
• Oversee performance management and evaluation processes.
• Handle employment documentation such as PAM and regularization.
• Support compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy.
