Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an HR leader who owns the end-to-end performance lifecycle and employee relations for a large offshore team. The role requires managing performance cycles and coaching leaders to meet global standards.

You will handle ER matters, NTEs, and PIPs, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while driving structured HR processes. Onsite initial six months in Cebu IT Park, then hybrid with night shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience required; ideal candidates have 7–12+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Direct ownership of the end-to-end performance lifecycle, including OKRs, KPIs, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER), including issuing NTEs and facilitating administrative hearings.
• Deep practical knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and experience building HR processes from the ground up.
• Ability and willingness to work the Night Shift onsite in Cebu IT Park, with hybrid eligibility after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance lifecycle for a portfolio of 60–80 team members, ensuring alignment to global standards.
• Execute Regularization, Mid-year, and APR processes.
• Design and track role-specific OKRs and KPIs to reduce operational noise.
• Facilitate high-empathy coaching and 1:1s with leaders to align with strategic vision.
