Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced night-shift BPO workforce, focusing on Employee Relations, performance management, engagement, and the employee experience.

You will partner with leaders to manage end-to-end ER cases, ensure due process, and maintain accurate records while driving retention, coaching, and HR guidance in a 24x7 environment. Pasay City hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
• 10 years of HR experience with a hands-on Employee Relations background.
• Experience handling ER cases in BPO/shared services/operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process, and compliance.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume, 24x7 work environments.
• Experience supporting night-shift operations is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work in Pasay City under a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite per week).

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced BPO / night-shift workforce in Manila. This role partners closely with business leaders and employees, with a strong and essential focus on Employee Relations (ER), performance management, engagement, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR partner to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle

• Lead and manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases including grievances, investigations, misconduct, and disciplinary actions

• Ensure full compliance with due process and maintain accurate documentation for all ER and separation cases

• Analyze ER trends (attrition, absenteeism, repeat cases) and implement proactive interventions

• Provide practical, business-aligned HR guidance to leaders in a 24x7 BPO environment

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and PIPs

• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, with a focus on night-shift workforce needs

• Monitor key people metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

• Collaborate with HR COEs (TA, Rewards, L&D, HR Ops) to implement HR programs effectively
