You will partner with stakeholders across the business, conduct FGDs and policy roadshows, and ensure decisions align with the company code of conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO environment, generalist or supervisory level.
• Strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a night-shift/rotating schedule.
• Willing to work on site in Antipolo, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing.
• Make the recommendation for the decision.
• Ensure decisions align with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases and data management with accuracy.
• Advise stakeholders on people-related issues.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances.
