Job summary

AFA Group is seeking a Manager, HR & Admin to oversee all HR and administrative functions for our operations in the Philippines. The role drives talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR operations, compliance, and office administration, partnering with management to ensure workforce effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of HR leadership, strong construction-industry recruitment experience, and expertise in DOLE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
• Mandatory experience in recruitment for the Construction Industry, including hiring for Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officers, and Skilled Workers.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience overseeing administrative functions and office operations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for both corporate and project/site-based positions.
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS, reporting, and HR process improvements.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Lead employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
• Support management on operational and strategic administrative initiatives.
