Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical marketing role.
• Experience across digital, organic, and offline channels.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Strong marketing analytics, performance tracking and attribution knowledge.
• Proven ability to run high-performing campaigns under budget constraints.
• Experience leading and mentoring a marketing team.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or hyper-growth environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing strategies for the Philippines aligned to business goals.
• Oversee Marketing functions including Performance Marketing, Social Media, Organic, Creatives, Partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into marketing and branding strategies for Flowerstore Group.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Identify growth opportunities by optimizing campaigns and exploring new channels.
• Analyze marketing metrics to generate actionable insights and improve campaigns.
• Support development and execution of marketing plans, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct regular team check-ins to review performance and implement improvements.
• Mentor team members for performance and growth.
