Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, business development, partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus.
• Fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others).
• Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster conversations.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
• Track performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Identify influencers and assist in outreach for collaborations.
• Coordinate YouTube content production and manage video engagement.
