Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager TS to lead complex Technical Support programs from charter to go‑live and lessons learned. You will prepare governance materials and executive reports, build integrated plans and RAID logs, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Global TS, IT, Product, and regional teams.

You will define outcome metrics, track performance, and support adoption of new tools and processes while mentoring program managers in a hybrid delivery

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of program and project management practices (portfolio intake, business cases, charters, RAID logs, stage gates, change control, closure, lessons learned).
• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans with milestones and measurable business value.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Technical Support programs and projects from charter to go-live and lessons learned.
• Prepare portfolio governance materials and executive-ready reporting.
• Build integrated project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and stage-gate materials to improve delivery predictability.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Technical Support, IT, Product, and regional teams.
• Define outcome metrics and track performance against targets.
