Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Sr Staff Program Manager for Technical Support in the Philippines to lead complex programs from business case through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and surfacing risks and value to leadership.

You will manage integrated plans, governance materials, and milestone roadmaps, while enabling adoption of new tools and processes across Technical Support, IT, product, and analytics.

Qualifications

• A university degree is required; advanced degree or certifications in program/project management, agile delivery, change management, or related areas are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management practices: portfolio intake, business cases, charters, stakeholder registers, RAID logs, stage gates, change control, closure, and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Technical Support programs from charter and intake through go-live, hypercare, closure, and lessons learned.
• Prepare portfolio governance materials, steering committee updates, and executive-ready reporting showing progress, risks, and value.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestone roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, change control docs, and stage-gate materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Technical Support, IT, Product, Customer Advocacy, Operations, analytics, and regional teams.
• Support benefits realization by defining outcome metrics, tracking performance, and closing the loop with customers and operations.
• Partner with analytics to maintain dashboard inputs, data hygiene, capacity visibility, and resource alignment for transparent decision-making.
• Enable adoption of new Technical Support tools and processes through readiness planning, training, and adoption tracking.
• Support the Technical Support PMO Leader in translating strategy into governed programs and measurable outcomes.
• Coach/mentor project managers and support the PMO development program.
