Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an Applications Support Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of our critical application systems. You will lead a team responsible for reliability, performance, and usability of enterprise applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will manage incident resolution, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive continuous service improvements while mentoring team members and developing their skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, troubleshooting methodologies, incident management, and change management.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee day-time support activities for all enterprise applications and ensure timely incident resolution.
