Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in financial services, tech, or competitive talent markets.
• Proven ability to attract and hire top talent with innovative sourcing strategies and AI-enabled tools.
• Data-driven talent advisor leveraging market insights and hiring analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent attraction efforts across the region, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent in a dynamic market.
• Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, collaborating with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offers, and onboarding transitions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing approaches and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Leverage data and insights to influence hiring decisions, monitor pipeline health, and drive recruiting effectiveness.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and advocate Moody’s culture, values, and employer brand.
• Provide talent market intelligence on competitors, workforce trends, and talent availability.
• Champion innovation and adoption of AI and new technologies to enhance hiring outcomes.
