Job summary

You will provide essential administrative support across the portfolio valuation lifecycle, help coordinate governance meetings, and maintain data integrity while flagging anomalies.

This role requires strong MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in project or portfolio coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork across geographies.
• Proactive in flagging issues and coordinating deliverables.
• Real estate or portfolio management background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with portfolio lifecycle tasks and administration.
• Support timely, global delivery of portfolios and updates.
• Maintain project files and ensure data integrity and deliverables.
• Organize governance meetings and capture minutes and actions.
• Coordinate status updates and keep AM informed of progress.
