Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance reporting, attribution, investment operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results under tight time frames and pressure.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to document and communicate complex (including quantitative) requirements clearly.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present to groups and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a globally integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across global asset classes, including equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate production of performance metrics.
• Apply industry-standard performance calculation methodologies and tools to support consistent reporting outcomes.
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity, completeness, and traceability.
• Maintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems to meet evolving reporting needs.
• Implement and execute data quality controls and procedures to reduce reporting risk and errors.
• Analyze changes in performance and attribution results, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality by comparing computations from different sources (for example, internal versus external).
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis to support business questions and reporting requests.
• Support regulatory, controls, and governance deliverables, including documentation and evidence as required.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining business requirements, identifying key milestones and risks, and supporting testing activities as needed.
