Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Portfolio Management support professional to assist the Account Manager throughout the portfolio lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high data integrity for client deliverables.

You will coordinate governance meetings, monitor progress, and work with Global Valuers, Modelers and other stakeholders. The role requires 3+ years’ experience, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and a real estate background.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience required.
• Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills, including V-Lookup, X-Lookup, conditional formatting and pivot tables.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Project / Portfolio Management experience is preferred.
• Real Estate background is preferred.
• Proactive and ability to work with cross functional teams across various geographies.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of company applications, i.e., MS Office, Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM Outlook and DeliveryX.
• Support in monitoring and reporting on client feedback.
• Proactively flag project related issues, maintain all project files, including supporting data and client deliverables.
• Assist AMs to ensure timeliness of responses and compliance with due dates.
• Proactively identify and flag delivery challenges the AM in advance.
• Main point of contact on behalf of CMG JBS (VAST) group for all portfolio team members & stakeholders.
• Assess opportunity to allocate responsibility to wider CMG JBS support teams required for all portfolios with guidance from the AM.
• Work closely with AM to implement best practices and learnings from the previous quarter to deliver client deliverables within the agreed timelines.
