Job summary

JLL in Manila seeks a Property Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative support across the residential tenancy lifecycle for the RESIpm Australia portfolio, delivered through the JLL Business Services centre in Manila.

The role covers new management setups, onboarding, lease renewals, billing, arrears management, and inspection scheduling, with coverage across multiple properties and strict adherence to legislative timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property administration or a similar role.
• Residential property management experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support across the tenancy lifecycle.
• Process new management setups, onboarding, leases, renewals and invoicing.
• Coordinate inspections and breach management in line with legislative timelines.
• Maintain accurate system records and liaise with tenants, landlords and stakeholders.
• Support coverage across multiple properties and back-up for other seats.
