MoEngage is seeking a detailed and proactive Senior Payroll Executive to own global payroll delivery and compliance. You will manage complex pre-calculations, ad-hoc adjustments, and collaborate with international stakeholders and local host-country vendors.

The role demands high accuracy, ability to handle multiple projects, and a hands-on attitude to resolve payroll queries, audits, and reports. Based in the Philippines, you will help ensure timely, compliant payroll operations across regions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing with statutory deductions.
• Perform pre-calculations (arrears, OT, maternity, etc.).
• Coordinate with host-country vendors and global stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and timely deliverables and respond to payroll queries.
• Assist in audits and payroll controls.
