Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead and manage a high-performing payroll team overseeing multi-country payrolls across various regions including APAC, MENA, Europe, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have significant payroll experience and a strong understanding of global payroll compliance.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state payroll and team management.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or UKG.
• Experience in a shared services or centralized payroll model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple internal brands across various regions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls for large employee populations.
• Manage and develop a team of payroll specialists/coordinators.
