Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Manila/Philippines seeks a GMx Payroll Win Center Senior to support end-to-end payroll pursuits across the global lifecycle. The role blends bid management, commercial support, solution coordination, and sales enablement to deliver high-quality outputs for complex opportunities.

In a global, virtual team, the Senior manages multi-stakeholder inputs, identifies risks early, and elevates decisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in presales, bid management, commercial or business development in BPO/ITes/managed services.
• Experience coordinating RFx responses, proposals, pricing inputs with multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exposure to sales CRM, pursuit-tracking or commercial tools and processes.
• Payroll, HR services or payroll technology exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bid management across RFx opportunities, including proposals, presentations and demos.
• Coordinate inputs from solution, technology, implementation, service management and country teams.
• Prepare solution presentations, client-visit materials and business cases for negotiations.
• Support pricing, commercial reviews and deal compliance throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Contribute to win strategy, value proposition and deal-closure activities.
