Job summary

Stagwell Philippines is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead a high-performing payroll team for multi-country operations in APAC, MENA, Europe and LATAM.

The role requires deep payroll compliance knowledge, strong people management, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure accurate payroll and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years payroll experience including multi-region leadership.
• Proficient with ADP, Workday, or UKG payroll systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, MENA, Europe and LATAM.
• Ensure timely processing of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Lead and develop payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT on integrations.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Support payroll system upgrades and consolidations.
