Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and improve global HR technology solutions.

You will support SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow across Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment and Employee Central, ensuring smooth operation and effective data flows. You will work with Global Project & Process Managers, lead changes, coordinate testing, training, and handover, and collaborate with local/regional teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Services/HRIT focused on Employee Central and HR systems.
• Experience with global HR projects and end-to-end rollouts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and related HR processes.
• Gather requirements with Global PMs and drive tool/process enhancements.
• Act as subject matter expert for Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central.
• Lead release management, UAT, testing, and documentation updates.
• Coordinate with SSC, IT and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage permissions, workflows and business rules for assigned modules.
