Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and optimize global HR technology solutions.

You will manage onboarding, social onboarding, time off, recruitment, and Employee Central, ensuring smooth operation of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. You will collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers, gather requirements, perform impact analyses, coordinate testing, and lead local/global HR projects while

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in HR Services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central.
• Experience in end-to-end HR system rollouts.
• Hands-on with permissions, workflows, and business rule configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers to gather requirements for new tools/processes or enhancements.
• Act as POC and process expert for modules like Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central; review training and handover to teams.
• Manage system changes through impact analysis, configuration updates, testing (UAT), and documentation.
• Coordinate with SSC and IT/external vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data governance and interface-related collaboration with IT support.
• Lead/global HR projects for assigned areas, translating business requirements into detailed specs.
• Resolve complex issues related to user permissions, workflows, and business rule configurations.
