Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Specialist, Employee Central - North America to support HR back-end processes across onboarding to offboarding and to drive continuous improvement within our Employee Administration team.

Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate across geographies, handle data quality, ensure SLA adherence, and contribute to deploying Employee Central in new countries while adapting to a permanent night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Expert knowledge in Employee Administration.
• International experience and strong customer orientation.
• Business fluency in English.
• Able to work across geographies and cultures.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute back-end processes for onboarding, hiring, data admin, and termination per SLAs.
• Roll-in new client countries following deployment roadmap for Employee Central; ensure day-one readiness.
• Execute end-to-end processes; continuously improve.
• Consult and create contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.
